Shipping policy

Shipping fees will be added to the price of the products and charged for delivery to a single destination, even if multiple products are ordered.

Shipping policy 

After an order is placed, 1–4 business days are required for order processing. The order will be delivered within 5–15 business days from the date the order is placed. “Business days” means Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and public days off.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number. If, at the customer’s request, the shipment is delivered to a pickup point or locker, the date on which the shipment arrives at the pickup point or locker will be considered the delivery date.

Products are shipped from warehouses outside Israel, and shipping delays may occur during periods of high demand. In all cases, the order will be delivered within 5–15 business days at the latest.

ZALIVO is the seller in the transaction and is responsible to the customer as required by applicable law, even when the product is shipped from a supplier
